Crews continue to actively respond to power outages. However, record flooding in many parts of our service area is creating access issues that will delay our ability to restore power. Flooding and landslides may also impact our natural gas infrastructure.

We understand how difficult it is to be without power and we are working around the clock to restore your power, provided conditions are safe to do so.

Safety first. Never touch or go within 35 feet of downed power lines because they might be energized. Call PSE at 1-888-225-5773 or 911 to report problems.

Enroll your ecobee smart thermostat in Flex Smart

Earn a $50 gift card for each device you enroll, and a $20 gift card for each season you remain enrolled.* Please note that your device must have Wi-Fi enabled to be eligible. Just follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Set up eco+

Open your ecobee mobile app. If you haven’t already, set up eco+ for your home. If you have eco+, select it from the main menu.

Step 2: Select PSE as your utility provider

In the eco+ menu, enable the Community Energy Savings feature and select Puget Sound Energy.

Step 3: Enroll

A message about Flex Smart will appear on the screen, including the incentive and the program terms and conditions. Select “Ok” to enroll in the program.
