Join us virtually for Ask An Expert on either May 1st at 11:00 a.m. or May 6th at 5:00 p.m. to learn about bill payment assistance, our bill discount program as well as the many resources PSE and our partners offer. These programs all help to lower your monthly bill and make your home more energy efficient at low or no cost to you! This event offers interpretation in Spanish, Vietnamese and Chinese.

The event will feature presentations and Q&A from experts on the following programs:

HELP : Eligible customers can receive up to $1,000 to cover energy bills in times of need.

Bill Discount Rate: Income-qualified customers can apply for ongoing help on their monthly energy bill.

Home Weatherization Assistance Program: PSE partners with local agencies to offer income eligible customers free, energy saving upgrades that lower energy use by protecting your home from the elements.

Efficiency Boost: Income-qualified customers can get higher rebates for energy-efficient home upgrades that put long-term savings within reach.

MyUsage: Unlock the Power of Your Energy Usage Data! Discover when you are using the most energy and track your usage patterns to optimize your daily habits.

PSE Flex: On days when energy demand rises, you can join thousands of others to help protect the supply of electricity—and get paid for it! PSE’s Flex programs offer several ways to participate and earn rewards. Earn a cash reward just for joining, plus more when you take simple, energy-saving actions like turning down your thermostat.
