February Windstorm

We understand how difficult it is to be without power. Our crews are out in full force, working through the night to restore power to the over 200,000 customers impacted by yesterday’s windstorm. Our Emergency Coordination Center and local storm bases remain open to coordinate restoration efforts, and we’ve brought in additional crews to help restore power as quickly and safely as possible, bringing the total number of crews in the field to 84.

Even with fallen trees creating issues – closing roads and falling across power lines – crews have made significant progress restoring power to customers since the onset of the storm, with approximately 82% of customers restored as of midnight Wednesday.

Safety first. Never touch or go within 35 feet of downed power lines because they might be energized. Call PSE at 1-888-225-5773 or 911 to report problems.

Save money on your electric bill with free shares of Community Solar with the income-eligible option. Act fast- shares are limited.

Check if you qualify

You qualify if:

  • You are a PSE electric customer
  • You get a bill directly from PSE (not via a landlord)
  • Your monthly income is less than the limits for your county

No forms or proof of income are required. Customers simply self-qualify during the enrollment process by confirming (online or verbally) that they meet household income requirements.
