Paperless billing terms and conditions
To enroll in paperless billing, review the following and select "Agree" below. If you do not wish to enroll, select "Decline" instead.
1. I consent to receive my PSE bill statement in electronic form, including bills, tariff revisions and bill inserts. I understand that by enrolling in paperless billing I will no longer receive paper bill statements via the U.S. mail. Instead, PSE will send an email notification to the email address on file for my account stating that a new bill has been created and is viewable online through your account page on pse.com.
2. I consent to receive all notices regarding PSE service in electronic form, including notices of any PSE request to increase rates and/or change service. Notices of disconnect will be sent in paper form, in addition to electronically.
3. I understand PSE will provide me, upon request, a paper copy of any documentation that was provided electronically up to three times in a 12-month period at no additional charge.
4. I understand that I may opt out of receiving my PSE bill statement electronically at any time and revert to paper format through the mail at no additional charge.
5. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify PSE of any changes to my email address, which can be done at the My Account Details page. (Please allow 24 hours for email address information to be updated.)
