2025 IRP

Integrated System Planning consolidation request approved

On July 11, 2024 the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission approved PSE’s request to consolidate our Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) and Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) into a single Integrated System Plan (ISP) due on Jan. 1, 2027. PSE rapidly shifted focus towards the new ISP. Meetings and materials from the abbreviated 2025 IRP cycle are archived below.

Resource Planning Advisory Group

PSE convened a Resource Planning Advisory Group (RPAG) to provide expert technical input to support PSE’s energy resource planning. This group will meet regularly in addition to the public meetings that are already occurring to support the 2025 IRP. The final RPAG charter with additional details on the RPAG purpose is available here.

Public engagement

Puget Sound Energy launched an enhanced engagement approach for the 2025 IRP cycle building on the success of other PSE processes like the Equity Advisory Group (EAG).
