Owner/Builder Incentives
An owner/builder is a person who owns the property and acts as their own general contractor on the single-family home they are building or does the work themselves on the project.
If you are interested in saving money and energy, and have built a new home within the PSE’s service area, you may be eligible to receive money from PSE's Single-Family New Construction Program. PSE has incentives available for the installation of high-efficiency equipment placed into newly constructed homes.
Participation is easy! First review PSE’s builder incentives to see what products relate to what you’re installing and then fill out the owner/builder incentive processing form.
Note: For owner/builders there is no need to complete a W-9 or a vendor form.
