Starting, stopping or moving service

Call us or request service changes online when you move in or out of your home or business location.

  • Starting Service

    New customers

    To request new electric or natural gas service to your home, call us or complete the Start Service form.

    If you're interested in choosing natural gas, contact us to find out if it's available at your location.

  • Stopping Service

    When you move out, it's important to let us know. Please call us or sign into your MyPSE Account and follow the "Moving?" link in the green navigation menu to the left of your screen to complete the stop service form.

  • Moving

    To change electric or natural gas service from one location to another when you move, call us or sign into your MyPSE Account and follow the "Moving?" link in the green navigation menu to the left of your screen to complete the start and stop service forms.
