Subject: UB Headworks Memo

Hi Jan,

I am attaching the memo of our cultural review for the Upper Baker Headworks Project (water supply for hatchery).  Chris sent it earlier today for you, but I wanted to make sure you had an email from PSE too, so I have attached it again with a little more information.

I reviewed the report and agree with the findings and recommendations.  In summary, we have found that the action is not likely to affect historic properties and therefore needs no further review under the HPMP, Appendix C (Routine Actions).  You will find the report attached with associated figures to help you review the project for the Forest Service.  If you agree with our findings, please let appropriate Forest Service personnel know so that a Notice to Proceed can be issued for this project.

Please contact me immediately if you need any further information for your review.    Thanks for being available to review this!
