Use this chart to determine your eligibility for PSE HELP and LIHEAP programs. If your net monthly income does not exceed the limits listed below, you may qualify for these programs.

Income limits are effective Oct. 1, 2013 – Sept. 30, 2014. In most counties, household income can be up to 150% of the federal poverty level. The qualifying income is lower in Lewis, Kittitas, Whatcom and Skagit counties.
