We’re committed to delivering safe, reliable power to our customers. Sometimes there are situations beyond our control such as storms, traffic accidents, wildfire threats, and damage to power lines. We work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible after these events.
We know being without power is inconvenient, and we’re committed to providing alerts and responses. To help minimize the inconvenience of an outage, we encourage you to:
- Make sure your PSE account and contract information is up to date
- Download the MyPSE app to track and report power outages in your neighborhood and check on estimated restoration times.
- Learn more about outage notifications.
If you come across a downed utility wire of any kind, always assume it’s energized.
